With more than 30 years of experience, Richard helped pioneer the field of demand creation and sales lead generation. He started at the age of 14, when his mother paid him $1 per call to set up appointments for her to sell basement water-proofing. His family-orientation hasn't wavered; he owes the name "MaguireZay" to his sons. His career has taken him across the country and through multiple industries, but always with the singular focus on generating demand for his employers and clients.

  • Institute of Management Resources (California): IMR offered Richard his formal introduction to the lead generation sector within the Professional Services industry.
  • Gemini Consulting (formerly United Research Company, New Jersey): URC recruited Richard, where he became the architect of the “go-to-market” inside sales business. This unit propelled URC to become a leader in business transformation consulting to Fortune 50 Companies.
  • The Highland Group (Maryland): THG recruited Richard to construct what is now considered the Measure-and-Standard of the Industry for inside sales team sustained success.
  • The Keystone Group (Chicago, Illinois): Specializing in strategy implementation, merger and acquisition integration and operational and financial turn-around consulting, TKG enlisted Richard to implement his demand creation expertise in this highly competitive market.

Richard loves time spent on the beaches in Rhode Island where he grew up. He is an avid Red Sox, Patriots, Celtics, Bruins, Mavericks, Rangers and Dallas Cowboy fan. He enjoys a wide variety of exercise and physical fitness. For the past 25 years, he resides in Dallas with his wife and their combined 5 children. Richard believes that business development is inseparable from personal development.

In fact, Margery's expertise focuses squarely on developing strategies for her clients to ascend to the next level of success.

She is President of PeopleBiz Inc., a unique consulting and coaching company specializing in strategic growth and people development for entrepreneurial businesses.  She helps organizations refocus and energize their business approach for greater productivity and impact.

Margery is the author of Sound Business Bites, a common-sense approach to customer service and management. She's a frequent contributor to The New Bottom Line, writing on the same themes.  She is a member of the Board of Avance-Dallas; active Partner in Dallas Social Venture Partners;  founder and active member of Entrepreneurial Women Presidents.  She has also served on the Board of Renaissance Business Associates, Children's Hope Foundation, and was awarded Outstanding Woman in the Food Service Industry

She is an internationally recognized speaker and is also a certified Teacher of Wisdom for the Demartini Institute.  She has taken a degree in Montessori Education from Association Montessori International and applied its principles to business environments to help organizations reach their highest potential.

Patricia Romboletti, Director

Patricia partners with MaguireZay to provide mentorship and entrepreneurial leadership coaching for sales team productivity, human resource growth and business development.   Pat's management experience enables her to provide MaguireZay with enlightened insight to keep MaguireZay on point for growth and continued success in the marketplace.

She is President and CEO of Sage Executive Search. SES provides a personal, consultative, and high-touch level of service for her clients.  She has transformed the methodology of executive search and has created a series of unique services that further distinguish her firm. She has more than 25 years of management experience in family-owned, early stage entrepreneurial and corporate environments.   Patricia is also the creator of the Write Sales SystemTM, a sales force productivity model which has been successfully implemented in a wide range of businesses.

She has served as the Vice President and President-Elect for the Foundation Fighting Blindness in Los Angeles. Nominated for the Orange County Business Journal Outstanding Woman of the Year award. Board member and seminar instructor the Forum for Women Entrepreneurs, The Life Science Industry Council (LINC) of Orange County, The Chicago Direct Marketing Association, The Direct Marketing Association, the National Association of Women's Business Owners, the Children's Hope Foundation, The Youth at Risk Organization, and the Women's Center of Dallas.
